CHRISTMAS REMEMBERED carries on a cherished Wisconsin Tradition, celebrating well-loved hymns, carols, and holiday songs. We transform our entire space with beautifully decorated trees and festive seasonal décor. Each musical arrangement is performed with professional sound, colorful theatrical lighting and imaginative video - White Christmas, Chestnuts Roasting, O Holy Night, Jingle Bell Rock, Little Drummer Boy, Sleigh Ride and more.
Rosewood invites you to reignite the spirit of the season and join your hearts with ours for another CHRISTMAS REMEMBERED.

- Roasted Citrus Garlic Crusted Organic Chicken with Chef’s choice seasonal vegetable, wild rice pilaf and roasted chicken herb demi jus
- Pan-Roasted Pork Medallions with Apple Cider Glaze, Sautéed Garlic Spinach, Sweet Potato Hash and Roasted Pork Apple Demi Jus
- Braised Burgundy Beef Tips, onion and carrots, puree of sweet potato
- Grilled Seasonal Vegetables with arugula, quinoa & cous cous pilaf and lemon olive oil aioli
