Ordering Tickets

Rosewood’s Online Box Office is located on our website. Tickets may be purchased securely online using your credit card. Tickets may also be purchased by calling Rosewood and talking to a member of our team. They will place your order for you using your credit card. Checks may be mailed. Checks or cash may be presented in person. Tickets will be considered ordered when the payment is received either with credit card approval or check or cash received at Rosewood. Groups Sales Agreement “holds” on tickets will be honored, without payment in full, until 14 days before the event, at which time unpaid tickets will be paid in full or released to the box office for sale. If meal selections are available for the event, choices will be made at the time the ticket is ordered. For some events, Rosewood will offer additional add-ons at the time of ticketing. These may include optional beverages, food items or other products and services. These items may or may not be available for purchase after the ticketing process or at Rosewood on the day of your event.

Payment Options

Orders are subject to credit card approval and processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing. In these cases, Rosewood will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after our initial attempt, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. Checks are accepted. There will be a $25 fee assessed for all returned checks. Cash is of course accepted.

Accessible Seating

All Rosewood seating is general seating, but Rosewood reserves the right to direct and organize the seating of all guests. The entire property is fully accessible and easily accommodates wheelchairs, walkers, and individuals with canes or other special needs. Other requests can be made simply by telling us when ordering tickets. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

Order Confirmation

When you provide a valid email address at the time of ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation email for your order. If the email address was entered incorrectly, the email lost or inadvertently deleted, simply contact us by email or phone and a copy of the confirmation can be emailed to you. Rosewood has a copy of all confirmations and uses them for check in the day of the event in our Gift Shop.

Service Fees and Order Processing Fees

All tickets are subject to 5.5% sales tax. Your credit card order is subject to an additional 4% service fee. Rosewood does not charge gratuities on our Dinner and Show Tickets, but gratuities are not discouraged and graciously accepted. There will be a $25 fee assessed for all returned checks.

Entrance and Parking

There are two entrances to Rosewood. One is the Garden Entrance, down the cobblestone walkway, on the south side of the building. The other is the Group ADA Entrance Ramp, on the north side of the building. Free parking is available in the Rosewood parking lot on the north side of the building or in parking spaces in the front of the building.

Canceled and Rescheduled Events

As with all professional arts, theatre and sporting events our tickets are not refundable. We will make some exceptions or exchanges for weather emergencies, if a storm is severe. All decisions of cancellations or rescheduling due to weather will be based on local weather forecasts and weather conditions. For weather-related cancellations or event status, always contact Rosewood on the day you are booked. All decisions are made the day of the show and rescheduling options may be available. We’ll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Rosewood will do everything possible to accommodate guests receiving the full value of their ticket. Contact us!

Occasionally, events are canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for that event.

All fees excluding service fees are refundable for cancelled events. If your ticket was paid by check or cash, Rosewood will issue a refund by check or cash.
