Your Rosewood experience starts by filling out the

Group Sales Online Booking Request Form.

For a group of 14 guests or less:

After completing Rosewood's Online Booking Request Form, you are welcome to order your tickets for any currently scheduled show online at www.rosewoodwi.com/tickets (subject to available seating) or by calling our office at 262-725-7286. By completing this form you allow Rosewood to have the necessary information to better serve the needs of your group.

For a group of 15-34 guests:

You qualify for a Group Event Agreement and are welcome to attend currently scheduled shows at Rosewood (subject to available seating). Please fill out Rosewood’s Online Booking Request Form and select a show currently present on www.rosewoodwi.com/tickets.

For a group of 35-140 guests:

You qualify for a Group Event Agreement and are welcome to attend a scheduled show at Rosewood, currently present on www.rosewoodwi.com/tickets (subject to available seating) or open a new date, for a show and menu of your choosing, by filling out Rosewood’s Online Booking Request Form.

As soon as you complete and submit the form, Rosewood will receive it automatically and confirm your request by email and phone (usually within 48 hours) to secure your $100 administrative deposit and complete your reservations.

Two (2) weeks before your scheduled show, you will be required to finalize your guest count, confirm your meal options and make balance of payment. Allow for mailing time if sending a check or money order. Credit card payments incur a 4% handling fee for processing.
