Expos & trade shows
Exhibitor space inside and out, plus a theater where demonstrations and talks get stage sound, lighting and the wall. Our production staff runs it with you.
Video game shows
A broadcast-style game show with staging, lighting, player buzzers, microphones and the video wall. Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, Hollywood Squares or Family Feud formats, with questions written about your company or your family.
Celebrations & gatherings
Class reunions, milestone birthdays, fundraisers, gallery showings, music showcases and celebrations of life. One room by the fireplace or the whole property, with a menu to match.
Six rooms, one building
Take one, or flow through all of them. Guests arrive through the gift shop, gather at the bar, sit down to dinner and walk into the show, with nobody resetting a room around them.
The Theater
Stage, sound, lighting and the video wall. Presentations, game shows, showcases, fundraisers and dancing.
Cedar Pointe
Timber beams and chandeliers. Seated dinners and receptions for up to 200.
The Bar
Cocktail hours, networking receptions and the after-party. Old fashioned stations on request.
The Patio
4,000 square feet outdoors with fire pits and string lights. Summer receptions, garden parties, outdoor expos.
Hearthside
The fireplace room. Board dinners, intimate celebrations, small ceremonies.
The Bridal Suite
A private, quiet room steps from the lawn. Green room for speakers, or a place to get ready.
From our own kitchen
Plated dinners, chef-attended stations, a supper club menu, brunch, Progressive Apps grazing tables or a sweets table. The bar does cocktails, Wisconsin beers and old fashioneds, with a station in the room if you want one. One coordinator, one bill.

The production is part of the room
Rosewood is a music theater first. Every event gets the same stage sound, theatrical lighting and video wall the shows use, with our production staff on hand. No projector on a cart, no rented speakers.
Slides, video, live camera, sponsor loops and game boards, bright enough with the lights up.
Wired and wireless microphones, podium or handheld, mixed by someone who does it every week.
Color washes, spotlights and cues that make an awards moment feel like one.
Dinner ends, lights change, the screen comes up. Your guests never leave their seats.

Ceremony on the lawn, reception under the beams, catering from our kitchen. Weddings have their own site.
Questions planners ask
How many people can you hold?
Up to 200 for a seated dinner in Cedar Pointe, more for a standing reception across rooms and the patio. Smaller groups take Hearthside or the bar. Tell us your count and we'll suggest the room.
Can we bring our own presentation?
Yes. Bring a laptop or a file and our production staff puts it on the video wall with sound. We can run video, slides, live camera and game-show formats.
Do you do celebrations of life?
Yes, often. A quiet room, a meal from our kitchen, and the screen and sound for photos and music, handled gently by people who do this with care.
Is there parking?
Free parking at the door, with room for motorcoaches. We're at 2484 County Road O South, Delavan: about 10 minutes from Lake Geneva and an hour from Milwaukee or Rockford.
