We provide in our Rosewood Video Reception Package music, sound, video and lighting programming for every moment of your event. You can best take full advantage of this uniquely excellent offer by following a simple protocol to enlist our Technical Team here at Rosewood. The following form will help you to organize your music, playlists and photos so we can produce a professional and excellent event for you!

In addition to filling out the attached form, we also provide you with an upload link directly to our server site –rosewoodwi.com/upload – using the password 'Rosewood' – and filling out all fields – you can connect with us and easily provide us with your JPGs for video production. Remember this is your wedding and the pictures are a reflection of your life - everything from childhood through your engagement – special events that shaped your relationship– your courtship – family, friends, pets – it’s all up to you! We will produce a creative and attractive photo/video to play for your cocktail and dining on multiple screens through the campus!

Please assemble your materials and download (1) one time, once you are ready. We will do the rest. We need all song lists, photos and instructions 30 days prior to your event to give your special day the attention it deserves. If you have any questions, we are happy to receive email or phone calls, but understand the upload portal is where the transfer of content must arrive. Please do not email song lists or photos.
